Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Toylanddha. If something isn't right, here's how returns and replacements work:

Return window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or a product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, assembled, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless found to be defective.

How to start a return
Contact our support team via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, or as store credit / a replacement item, depending on your preference and how the original order was paid.
